Google Getting Seriously Fooked By Spammers And Virus Mongers!

As I normally do before I start some serious work, I check site stats and go through few search terms that brought traffic. I did a review on Rococo Chocolates the other day so I thought I'd see what traffic the site was getting for the brand.
When I checked for one phrase "luxury chocolate easter eggs rococo" it was nice to see me at the top, ahead of the Times. But then positions 3 & 4 I recall seeing their domains in the linking report in Webmaster Tools so I clicked on them - only to find out they've got viruses on and they're scrapping my content! On that 1st page, there's in fact 4 scraping, spamming, virus feeding sites!! Grr!
I've left some comments on the results - can anyone else see them?
And if anyone wants the list of the 663 sites that I fear are spamming, here they are EasterSpammers.txt

I think they're supposed to be public comments - so not sure why I can't see yours?
