Meet The Network: Webgains
Everything you wanted to know about Webgains but were afraid to ask:
Website: Webgains.com / Telephone:+44 (0)207 269 1230
Webgains.com was formed in 2004 to create a serious and professional presence in the online marketing arena. Our European presence has been established since 2006. Our aim is to provide the best service to our clients, merchants & affiliates alike. Our role is three-fold:
- To provide a secure and robust network to track and report on commercial transactions
- To act as an easy and hassle-free financial and communication conduit between merchants and affiliates
- To provide cutting edge tools to enable affiliates and merchants to manage their programs simply and effectively
Webgains offers world-class customer service via experienced telephone support and an online ticketing system. Our technology is developed in-house and we will consider bespoke technical development where warranted.
Our management team has over 20 years collective experience in online marketing, with much of that specifically in affiliate marketing. The management team believes whole-heartedly in Webgains' core values:
Openness - We are an open network and allow full access of merchants to affiliates and vice versa. Moreover, we believe in honest and open communication between all parts of the Network.
Excellence - The desire for excellence underlies our aim to be the best affiliate network. We will deliver our services to the best of our abilities.
Integrity - We will at all times tell you the truth. We will not sugarcoat or misrepresent any situation just to avoid unpleasant consequences. We will deliver what we promise, in a professional and timely manner. The belief that everyone must take personal responsibility for his/her own actions drives our daily activities and our team is measured on this metric on both an individual and a team basis.
These core values are incorporated into our working environment, and underpin the culture of the company. We employ the best talent and skills available, and ensure that all staff continue to develop their skills by insisting on ongoing learning being at the heart of the work experience. Our other key considerations are fun and the adoption of an appropriate lifestyle. We are constantly growing our team of outstanding professionals; we are 21-people strong in our UK headquarters and over 60 staff work in the 6 Webgains countries.
With offices in the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands, Webgains is the fastest growing affiliate network in Europe facilitating trans-national transactions for the benefit of both our affiliates and merchants.
